Urgent Appointments
 
If you or the person for whom you are calling is in urgent need of the doctors’s advice or services, call the clinic. Describe the situation to the medical secretary. She will arrange an urgent appointment if necessary or arrange for the doctor to call you back as soon as possible.

If you are unable to get to the clinic, the doctor will, if appropriate offer a telephone consultation or visit you at home.
